Redeem Spotify premium gift card and then move to another country

Hello,

I currently live in the US and opened my Spotify account here. I am moving to another country in a few weeks. I was just given a 6 month Spotify premium gift card by an American friend, which I am planning to redeem before leaving. Will I be able to enjoy the remaining months of premium after I leave the US, or will I lose those months the moment I am in France or change my country in the settings?

Thanks for reaching out. 

You can travel anywhere without having to change your account settings. 🙂 This means that you'll be able to enjoy the full 6 months of Premium, even when you're outside of the US.

Just make sure that you redeem it before you leave. That's all you need to do.
