My Question or Issue

I just bought a friend of mine a month of spotify premium and when she redeemed the code it went in a seemingly random account named: x7razqqf45bzwvise315ek0a5

The actual account it needed to be attached to was: redd775

Now we are stuck and dont know what to do, can it be transferred?
