Redeeming Spotify Card for family

So today I bought a 30€ Spotify card in my local Carrefour. Now that I try to redeem it it doesn’t give me the option to use it for family. Is it possible to still redeem it or to exchange it for a family subscription?

Gift Cards are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium for Family, student discount, or trial offers.

Spotify gift cards bought from a store can’t be refunded by Spotify, so maybe you can try reaching out to the store where you bought the Gift Card to see if it can be refunded.
