Redirect from payment provider fails.

Solved!

Redirect from payment provider fails.

Plan

Free/Premium

Country

NORWAY

My Question or Issue

My previous card expired, and I've been trying to update my card details for a month.

When I checkout with a new "Premium for students" subscription, and verify the payment through norwegian BankID, the redirect back fails with this message:

It looks like the webpage at https://www.spotify.com/no-en/api/checkout-sdk-service/proceed/redirect/3ds/?checkout-id=15128812186... might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

It's been like this for weeks, tried different cards and now my Premium has expired.

Hey @snabelkjell,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

We'd recommend you try the following:

  • re-subscribing from a incognito window in your browser.
  • clearing the cache and cookies and making sure that your browser is running the latest release version
  • try a different browser or device
  • make sure you're not using any VPN or try a different network connection

Hope this helps. Let us know if you're still having issues after this.

Switching browsers did the trick, so probably some old contents in the browser cache. Thanks!
