My Question or Issue

 I resgistered to the 9 Pesos promo of Spotify Premium but I was still charged 129 Pesos after a month when I registered to the 9 Pesos promo. Please help!

Keep in mind that this 3-month offer is for users that haven't enjoyed a Premium subscription before. If you'd like, you can check your account's Receipts page and check if you've had a paid subscription in the past. If you've never had Premium before, it's possible that you registered a payment method that was already used to pay for a subscription in the past.

If any of these cases apply to you, then the system automatically processed your payment for 1 month at the standard rate.
