Renewal before Premium Expiry

My current Prepaid Premium subscription is going to expire on 23rd Aug. So can I renew it before date? Does it count from 24th Aug.?

Hey @Maheshp,

Can you double check your account and let me know if you see an option to add more Premium time (for instance, 3 months) when trying to renew? I’d also recommend reaching out to the payment method provider for further clarification.

Keep me posted 🙂

Hey there @Maheshp,

Just jumping in here to add some extra info to what @Billy-J mentioned.

When you prepay in advance the time gets added on top of any Premium time you might have left.

So if you activate more Premium months now, they will start after the 23rd of August.

Hope you find this useful. Keep us posted if you have any questions.

Hey @architforever,

Thanks for reaching out about this here.

The updated expiry/renewal date should be visible in your account overview (Your plan) after the renewal you mentioned takes place. If the new date is still not visible there, try logging in and out to see if that shakes things up.

Hope you'll find this useful. Cheers!

Hey @Maheshp, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Your Premium subscription will automatically renew on August 23 if it isn’t canceled. There isn’t a way to renew the subscription before the due date but if you want to change the billing date, there are some options in this support article > Change billing date section.

The subscription will renew on August 23 and will continue through September 23.

I hope this clears things up. If you need anything else, don’t hesitate to reach back out. I’d be happy to help!

As I mentioned earlier, I have Prepaid Premium Subscription. So I have to pay manually. Now tell If I pay before date does it count from 23rd Aug. Or as same date I renewed?

I was expecting this kind of answer. Thanks for help!

I renewed my premium subscription one day before its expiry, but it is still showing the old expiry date.

When will it reflect the updated expiry date?
