hello there so basically I stopped listening to music on Spotify just because I wasn’t the type of person that listens music I tried the 4 months free subscription on Spotify then I forgot to cancel it because I didn’t know how to until people around me so yesterday I got charged £9.99 and I don’t use the app anymore so please is there any chance I get my refund back
