Restore premium account

I have a Premium account (vodafone entertainment offer) and it's linked to a Facebook profile. Yesterday due to security reasons I had to deactivate my facebook account. how do I get my premium back?

In this case, we recommend you to reach out to us via email, Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what we can suggest. Keep in mind that you'll have to contact Vodafone to cancel your subscription in the old account.
