My Question or Issue

I purchased a premium plan at Sep 8th that was valid until Jan 8. Last night I was listening on Spotify while driving on the road and my internet connection was unstable, after I  reached home, Spotify asked me to update my location in order to login (which is sth that free plan users need to do). I updated my location and after that my premium plan suddenly changed to free!

I attached my purchase details for reference and I ask to restore my purchase.

Thanks for coming to the Community. I've removed for screenshot since it contained some sensitive info.

 

I recommend that you try to log in here using the username that is stated on the receipt. Can you let me know what plan it shows on that page? 🙂
