Resubbing after moving to a new country

Last year I paid for a year subscription to Spotify in Australia and then moved to the United States shortly after and now need to cancel my subscription to change my payment details to the US. My question is when I cancel my subscription and lose all my downloaded songs when it reverts to free will I be able to have all of those back when I resubscribe in the US or will I lose all of my saved songs and playlists?
