Resubscribed to Family Premium and reinvited account but all music and playlists are missing

I canceled my family premium subscription last week but decided to resubscribe today.  When I did, there were no family members so I reinvited my daughter.  When she logs in everything is missing music/playlists.

Device

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

Could you make sure that she is using the right account?

If she is, could you ask her to log out > restart device > log back in to see if that makes a difference?
