Reverse charges

I have been getting charged the full price for premium and this should not be the case. I am a student signed up for the 50% student discount on the premium plan. I want to reverse the charges that have accumulated over the past few months because they were wrongfully charged. I also want to end my premium subscription for next month. I can not afford it right now and have an overdraft charge because of this.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
