My Question or Issue

I recently moved from Malaysia to India and wanted to add my spouse to my premium membership. So i cancelled my Premium Membership with Digi Cellular Plan in Malaysia and bought a Premium Duo Plan in India for 12 Months (One Time Payment using PayTM). My Account Overview shows that my Premium Individual plan is cancelled with due to expire after 12 months. But my country is still Malaysia and i cannot see any option to add my family member as per my Duo plan (Account overview still shows it as Individual Plan). How can i resolve it ?

TLDR : Unable to change country from Malaysia to India after buying 12 months One time Duo plan and unable to invite my family member as i dont see any option for Family Management in Account Overview

EDIT : I was just stupid. Turns out i had pending one month of Individual plan left before the premium duo will kick in. So Premium Duo will start next month. My spouse isn't going to like that -.-
