SP129 FROM GLOBE NOT WORKING

I'm a premium spotify subscriber but recently my payment using globe didn't get in to spotify so I tried a different method since I was scared that if my subscription got paused it would delete my 700+ songs downloaded so I tried SP129 from globe it went smoothly they even deducted the payment from my account but when I opened spotify it still says there's a problem with my payment even tho it's already deducted. Pls help downloading 700+ songs is really quite an hassle. Kudos to those who help
