SPOTIFY DID ME DIRTY!!!

I have been a paid member of spotify for some time and spotify has charged me on more than one occasion multiple times for my monthly subscription. I caught it again charging me 3 times in a 3 or 4 day period. I called the bank and disputed the other charges after the original one. Spotify just emailed me saying they gave me my money back and cancelled my account. I have heard of this happening to other friends as well. Spotify has no way to contact them via chat or phone just a form submission. I feel used by them. They seem to value money over humans by making it so hard to contact them. They waited until right after a payment to do this. I am embarresed for trusting them.

It was probably just an accidental glitch in the system :/. They usually respond quickly through the Community Chat and @spotify on Twitter
