Can someone please assist???

I've deleted my Facebook account and didn’t realize it was going to take an act of God to cancel Spotify. I've loved Spotify for years and have been a long-time customer BUT THIS IS NUTS! I understand there are contact forms on spotify.com however, you can’t access them unless you have a Facebook log-in... thus therein lies the problem. Extremely, frustrated and have spent too much time searching for a resolution. Seriously making me reconsider creating another (unlinked from Facebook) Spotify account because of this terrible design flaw and CUSTOMER DISSATISFIER.  Does anyone have a proposed solution to this?

Hi @patsmack99. Sorry to hear you deleted your Facebook and can't get it unlinked, which means you can't login anymore, if you are using it on a computer there is an unlink button. Try that, otherwise I recommend making your playlists public and following them on a new account, you can also make them collaborative and use the link on your new account.

I've found that it requires a Facebook login/password to unlink even via
desktop. Can you just delete my other premium account so I can open a new
unlinked one, please. My original post related to this question came from
a new email and is in no way associated with patsmack99.

I would appreciate your urgent attention and resolution to this matter.

Sorry to tell you but I don’t work for spotify try contacting spotify https://support.spotify.com/us/article/how-can-i-contact-spotify/?in_footer if you want to delete the other account, and they’ll credit you your premium on the new account
