SPOTIFY WONT ACCEPT MY CREDIT CARD

So I've tried to sign up premium (with the student offer, I have been verified) and it keeps telling me "my bank is having a bad day or to check if my credit card is ok". My credit card has more than enough room for a 5$ charge, I even called the bank and they said that there is no reason Spotify shouldn't accept my card. I deleted my Google play account because i was so happy to spend less every month but now have nothing because Spotify won't accept my visa and it's very frustrating. I tried to make a new Spotify account, get verified and sign up then but it STILL won't accept my card and it's basically empty!! There is NO way to contact spotify, is there anyone here who knows how to fix this or do I just uninstall and forget about it ?

No it wasn't helpful. I did all of that several times and no luck! I just got charged 6 times by Spotify and the charges were removed so I know it works, my visa is fine with everything else! I downloaded apple music.

It doesn't accept my card either. I cancelled my premium and won't upgrade to premium unless it's fixed, because i can't...
