STUDENT TO PREMIUM INCLUDING HULU

I currently have a Student Premium account that includes Hulu, I know that if I don't verify I will lose the $4.99 price and start paying $9.99/month; but does this mean I will lose access to Hulu as that bundle isn't available to join after I believe June 2019?

Great question.

If you don't verify for Premium for Students, you'll return to the individual Premium, which doesn't include Hulu. 

In your case, if you don't verify for Premium for Students, you'll return to individual Premium which is $9.99/month, and you'll lose access to Hulu.
