Soy miembro de un plan familiar que organizó otra persona, desafortunadamente no tengo contacto más con ella y quisiera poder salir e ese plan para poder suscribirme a uno nuevo. Espero puedan ayudarme.

I hope you don't mind me replying back here in English.

You can easily leave a Premium for Family plan following these steps: 

1. Log in to your subscription page. 
2. Select CHANGE OR CANCEL.
3. Here you can either choose to switch to another type of paid subscription such as standard Premium or Premium for Students or return to the free Spotify service.
