Same credit card another account

I used to have two accounts, one was a free subscription and the other premium then I canceled the premium one and now I want my free subscription to be premium but when I have to pay my credit card, which was the same with I paid the canceled subscription, isn't accepted.

Let's make sure your card meets the requirements on the picture attached to this post. You might need to contact your bank to make sure it does.

If you're sure it meets all the requirements, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to get Premium.
