My Question or Issue

I had a student account about 2 years ago. I switched streaming services but now want to go back to spotify. I forgot my account information so I signed up again and tried to sign up for the student premium again. When I put in my school email it said it was associated with another account but I did not remember which account it was associated with. I eventually found my old account but it still says the school email was already used so how can I use it again? I would like to find the account with the student discount or have access to it again please. I also accidentally signed up for a normal account and was charged $10 dollars in the process so if I can get a refund on that and return to the free version in the meantime I would appreciate it.
