Why I receive this message after I tried to purchase Spotify premium.

  • 'Oops, seems your spending limit was exceeded. Please try again or use another payment method.'

(I didn't use a  credit card.)

Coulf you try this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try another device to see if that helps.

Could you try following the steps I provided in my last reply? 

 

Also, could you confirm for me, did you subscribe to Premium through Spotify directly or a 3rd party provider?

Hey @kwangxox.

 

Sorry about the confusion here. The best thing to do is to talk to your mobile carrier since you're trying to pay by mobile. They'll be able to check out what's going on and why you can't make a payment. 

 

We also provide other payment options, so make sure to check them out.

Hey, I'm facing this issue and yes I've tried it on different devices, different browsers, and on incognito tabs still getting this issue
