1. You need to wipe your browser's cookies and cache, or try going to your Spotify account in incognito mode.
2. You have more than one account. See the receipt you got from Spotify in your inbox. Try logging in with the username shown there. You can also try opening your account from the Spotify desktop app - click the arrow next to your username near the upper right corner - click 'Account'. This article has more information about double accounts and how to find them.
