Showing monthly subscription even after purchasing annual subscription

 

Plan - Spotify Premium

Country - India

 

Device

( Oneplus 6T and Macbook Pro )

Operating System

(Android, Mac OS)

 

I was already having Monthly subscription of Spotify Premium, but recently I purchased the annual subscription with some offer. The payment was successful but still, it is showing monthly subscription instead of annual. 

Either it should show annual subscription or there should be an option of a refund.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? You should be able to see that charge for the Yearly offer there.

 

If you still have some time left of your monthly Premium individual subscription, the Yearly one should be queued up and it'll start running when the previous month runs out.

 

You can take a look at this page to see how to check the status of your subscription.
