Singtel spotify premiun doesn't link to my spotify premium

Hi I Have subscribed a singtel spotify premium and it doesn't link to my previous subscription of my spotify premium. I have contacted singtel helpdesk, and they email to spotify for advice and they advice me to terminate all my account with spotify and re-register again. Would you able to assist in terminating my account or if you could assist me on this. Thank you.

To have a new subscription, in this case move from the common Spotify Premium to Singtel's Premium, you need to CANCEL your subscription and then try to start your Singtel's subscription!
