Sky Q offer only logged me in as free trial not Premium

I have set up an account and logged in using skyQ log in but have only been given normal free trial, not 6 months premium as in sky offer

Don't forget to apply Premium to your Spotify account. You can do this with a code and instructions given by Sky Q. You can do this here.
