Sky Q subscription expired

Hi,

I signed up for a free trial through my TV provider but the subscription has now expired and I am no longer with Sky. I'm unable to access my account and my account number is a combination of numbers and letters. I want to sign up to premium but I am struggling to navigate the app or the site to do so.

Hi there @dave8888, welcome to the Spotify community!

When you created your account and received premium through your TV provider, you would've had to create an account with an email or Facebook. If you remember the email you used, you should be able to reset your password on this page. After that, you should be able to log back in!

Now to resubscribe to premium, you should see some ads telling you how, or you will see the options in Spotify settings, but I've also linked the premium page for your country here!
