Smart subscription "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team"

Smart subscription "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team"

I tried to subscribe with load from Smart but always send "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team." error they let me pay a subscription. I've tried the solution where you reply GETPIN and STOPPIN 1 to 8823 it worked, now once it tried that again the message only shows was "You don't have an existing pin consent. This message is free" I have no idea what to do.

Are there any solution without contacting a provider or a mobile operator?

Hi there @JohnXina,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear this is happening to you. We're aware that some users are having issues paying with Smart in the Philippines and the inconvenience this is causing. The right folks at Spotify are working on a fix as we speak.

In the meantime you can try the following:

  • Log out and back in
  • Try using an incognito window
  • Try with a different device
  • Different internet connection
  • Try a different payment method, if available

Issues like this usually get resolved quickly. We'll let you know here, when we have more information.

Cheers.
