So confused!

So confused!

So, i am paying 14.99 per month and thought this was a family plan but cant find that noted anywhere. 

 

So, why i am paying 14.99 a month for a service i can get for 9.99? I cant incite anyone else onto my account and when i go to the family plan option it says i am not eligible for that? 

 

Some help would be appreciated, thanks 🙂

Sorry you feel confused but i'm sure i can help out here.

 

Let's start by using this support page to eliminate the option of your plan being activated on a different account.

Jumping in to add something to what @OneByBoo already said. You can check if your current plan is Premium Family by accessing your account page here. Simply scroll down to the section Your plan where you can see the name of your subscription. 

 

To invite family members, go to your Family page. If you still can't see the page properly, try again in a private/incognito window since this step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache.
