Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

 

You can cancel your Premium subscription by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Select Cancel subscription, after clicking Your plan at the top of the screen or Manage your subscription
  3. Continue through to the confirmation message

You can also read about Spotify's Refund Policy in this support article; and if you believe that you're eligible for a refund, feel free to reach out to Spotify's Customer Support team here, as they handle any and all refund requests. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as Customer Support will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.

 

Note that if a payment has already been processed, cancelling your subscription won't refund the payment and your Premium will instead remain active until your next billing date. Also bear in mind that refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the date of purchase.
