I have a payment for spotify premium on my bank account but I do not have an active membership. Can this be looked into and would I be able to get a refund as it seems someone is using my bank details.
All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
