Hi, i have a problem, i registered to Spotify 129 Pesos for 1 month. then the number 8778 texted me that i am charged already, thought it was okay but sadly while processing the registration it says “Oops something went wrong etc.” Hope you’d help me regarding this matter asap. Thanks!

If you were charged, but still don't have Premium, try logging out and back in a few times to see if it helps.

 

If not, reach out to your service provider for more info on what's going on with the subscription.
