Son cant submit details for family premium

Hi, I have sent my son an invite for my premium for family account. He has set up a profile, we have tried doing it through incognito windows, tried on his phone etc etc and it still doesn't allow us to submit his name and address to accept the invite. Getting very frustrated!

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

The minimum requirement for Spotify is 13. You can try to revoke the current invitation and send out a new invitation.

 

Can your son then try it again on a different device? The reCAPTCHA box is required to be able to accept the invite. When he finds a compatible device (a device where the reCAPTCHA box is shown), he should load an incognito browsing session and open the link in the invite to try to join.

Nope, no error messages. The submit button just stays very and unclickable.

I'd recommend giving it a try in..: 

Also, please make sure to disable anything that might block the page, such as the Firewall, ad blockers, etc.

 

Lastly, could you please confirm that you can see the "reCAPTCHA" button in the form? If you don't, please visit the following site to verify that you're able to see such button in your browser: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo
