My Question or Issue

 A lot of songs are greyed out.

So i thought it must be because of the region problem but later i found out that songs in my own language or from my country are also greyed out.

Please help as i've paid for premium account and i can't get songs i want

Well @Listening_2000

 

It looks like it's not available in your country, then.

But I believe this is just something temporary and hopefully the songs will be available again.

 

Keep in mind that having Premium does not affect availability of music.

Hi @Listening_2000, welcome to the community!

 

From the image you've uploaded I can tell you're using the web player, right?

 

If so, can you try using different browsers and see if it makes any difference?

 

Also, could you check on your phone an/or desktop app as well?

I have actually tried it on the desktop app and phone app as well.

In all the three( Mobike App, Desktop app ad well as online) it's greyed out.

That's odd. Are those saved songs?

Those songs were not saved and even though i coud'nt play the songs i was able to save them.

I've tried reinstalling but it didnt help.

Have you double checked if it's not availabe in any of your devices (even web player)?

 

Would it be possible to log in a different account to see if it works?

I just checked and its not available on the other account as well.
