Soptify duo: cant link my wifes account

When I send the duo link to my wife it tells her that it is not working. We need it to work.

Although I pay money, I cant find a support line, so I have to write on the forum. I think this is somewhat ... not ok.

Please help.

Adding a screenshot of the error you're getting would be a good direction to the solution needed.
