My Question or Issue

I have Spotify Premium as part of my Vodafone tariff but as they are no longer doing this, how do I carry on paying for Premium to keep my downloads and playlists? The text Vodafone sent me isn't very helpful, it sends me to Spotify - and the link from my Account page on Spotify sends me to Vodafone but the link is no longer active!  I have until end August I think but want to get it sorted straight away if possible.  Thanks in advance.

If you currently pay for Premium through a partner, it’s easy to switch to subscribe direct with us:

  1. Cancel your Spotify payments with Vodafone
  2. Wait for your plan to switch to Free (at your next billing date).
  3. Resubscribe direct with us here

Don't worry, you'll keep all your saved music and playlists in Your Library, but you may need to re-download your tunes for offline listening.
