Spofiy are still taking payments when it says spotify free

Spofiy are still taking payments when it says spotify free

 

My Question

 

Spoify are still taking payments from my bank even though when i log in my page it says spotify free that i have no subscription then it says that maybe its under another account but i only have 1 spofiy account how do i get them to stop taking the money

About your issue, I suggest that you be in touch with Customer Support, considering that you are sure that you don't have any other Spotify account on Premium.

Hey @da_w3-mlk552n to add on to what @Luan said,

 

Make sure you have not accidentaly created 2 accounts, and are still paying for 1 account. This seems to happen often.

I did I think it’s another account but to change the password I have to go
to the email acc and I cant

In that case, you should reach out to our Customer Support team here as @Luan suggested earlier - they'll help you change the email on the account.

Yea, Spotify's billing system is completely broken and since they refuse to even acknowledge the issues it will likely remain that way, this seems to be a common issue along with the one I am having where my subscription is set to be on the 17th of each month but they keep trying to draw money out of my account 11 or so days earlier. I only have 1 account and no other subscriptions in paypal.
