Spoitfy and Hulu

I have Spotify Premium and I’m thinking about adding Hulu. Two questions: first, the link to the offer terms bring me to an error page. The link is to https://www.spotify.com/sk/account/subscription/change/legal-terms/?target=hulu

i realuze few few people read the terms, but I’d like to do so before upgrading. 

Second, I understand there is a deal for the first three months at 99 cents, plus my regular Spotify rate.  But when I try to add Hulu, it says it starts at the regular price right away. Is the three month deal only for new Spotify subscribers?
