Sporify Duo Premium - still charged for both

My Question or Issue

My girlfriend and I (living together) has switched to the spotify duo premium plan at DKK 124 a month. While my card now is being charged DKK 124, my girlfriend was today charged DKK 99 premium on her card. We are both linked to the spotify premium duo, and when we sign in, we can see that both users are in on the plan.

 

Why is she being charged - and how do we get the money back?

Hi @Hallandsen, thanks for writing!

 

It looks like your girlfriend has more than one Spotify account.

 

Please ask her to follow this guide to finding any other accounts she might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

Hi @Bittencourt

Thanks for you response. We have checked. I does not seems like she has multiple accounts. We can also find the receipt for the paid amount on the account where she is linked to the duo plan.
