Hi Spotify,

i'm one of the Spotify subscriber from Malaysia.

 

I had recieved your email notification on the monthly payment failure and request me to update my payment method.

 

Yes, it is because of my credit card issue. 

 

The main objective here I would like to know, either Spotify are able to notify, secure, patches and improve the credit card security? 

 

FYI, my AMEX credit card been used by hacker/ unauthorize personnel, and i have make a report to the bank to investigate this. As far as i know, and i concern, that my AMEX credit card only used to subscribe Spotify Premium account only. Therefore, i will not continue to subscribe for the moment.

 

Highly appreciate if Spotify technical team to check whether there are security breach or network/infra vulnerability.
