Spotify Assinatura Premium

I was logged into spotify by facebook. I went to make the registration for the premium and requested several information, when I finished and sent the document of purchase of the college, I went in my profile and this signature did not appear in the subscription menu. Is this normal? if not how can I solve it? I have already received a message on the credit card, it has not yet been charged because it is waiting for the return of those who validate the university documents.

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on? If you're talking about not being Premium yet, you'll need to wait for SheerID to review your student documents to see if you're eligible for the discount. This can take a few business days.
