Spotify Double Charge

Spotify/Hulu Premium | USA 

I had the 3 months for .99 cent deal that was supposed to end yesterday. It would then charge me $9.99 if I didn't do anything, BUT I did in fact change my Premium to Spotify/Hulu combo, for 12.99. 

I was charged for BOTH the 9.99 and 12.99 and pretty angry at the fact, because why would I pay twice for premium? When I literally changed it so I can SAVE money, ha. 

Is there a way to fix this and get a refund?

When users are presenting issue of extra charges 99.9% of the cases are cause they made a second account by mistake.

As a first basic step, check out this help page and locate all accounts listed with your details.

In addition, you can read this help page on other possible reasons for extra charges and in case needed use it to follow some steps and forward it to CS for them to have a closer look at your account.
