Spotify is not picking up my address to log into duo?

Have you tried verifying your address a private or incognito browser? It's possible that cache and cookies cause these issues and using a private window is an easy way to avoid them.
Make sure as well that the country setting on your account page matches the one of the Premium Duo plan manager. If that's not the case, this page will help you update your country setting.
