Spotify + Hulu College Bundle won't activate

Just switched to thhis bundle and am attempting to sign up for Hulu but cant find any help

I'm having the same problem but I already had a Hulu account from before. It's very frustrating as there is no indication what the issue is.

That's not cool! I got a similar error code. Actually what you are not ticking is the reCaptcha tab. Unfortunately you can't see it, for to me unknown reasons. I solved my issue by changing browser. But you can try doing the following things:
Try changing your credit card information in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try changing the credit card information on another device, that should do the trick!
