Spotify, Hulu, Showtime bundle not working

My Question or Issue

Back in August I purchased a Spotify premium deal which included Hulu and Showtime. I have not been able to use Showtime for the past 5 months. I still get billed for the offer however I am unable to take advantage of it. Please fix this problem.

Sorry you've been having this issue.

Take a look at Spotify's support page for the student premium! The info there may help you. If the info they provide doesn't help, here is a link to Showtime's support page too!

I am still having this issue. Both my Hulu and Showtime don't work. When I click on the links from "Your Services", they lead me to Hulu and Showtime but I have to log-in???
