Spotify Payment Failed

I keep trying to get Spotify Premium. I am using a Vanilla Visa like I have been for months, and these past couple months, it keeps saying payment failed. I have gotten different cards, tried different tabs (ie. incognito), different browsers, different devices, trying it with wifi, with cellular data, and nothing is working. Please help.

Let's make sure the cards you're trying to use meet the requirements on the picture below. We suggest contacting your bank to make sure they do.

Even if a card used to work, changes could've been made to it by your bank.

Let me know what you find.
