Hi,
I originally had Spotify Premium, initially, but then at some point my email had changed to some rando's email, and I was now paying for Spotify family. I believe my account was hacked. I noticed this last November, and based on bank statements, I can track how many months I was charged the false amount that I never authorized payment for.
I was so scared that somebody seems to have hacked my account, that I cancelled my subscription, and want answers and a refund before getting premium again.
Please help.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
