My Question or Issue
I received a notification regarding my premium payment. I currently haven't been paid, but I will soon. My questions are: 1. How many days do I have to pay it so that my program won't be switched to Free? 2. Will I still have the features until I pay? 3. Will this affect my premium partner duo?

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help you with information about this.
It's not possible to say exactly how long it takes for an account to revert to our free version if a payment fails. We have an automatic system that tries to charge you several times before it reverts.
If your account reverts to our free version you'll have to start over the Premium Duo subscription and re-enter your payment details.
As long as you have a Premium account you'll be able to have the Premium features.
