My Question or Issue

Whenever I tried to subscribe on P 129/month via credit/debit card, it says that I'm not eligible to the offer. The only promo that they want me to avail is the family plan which costs 190/month. Just let me know the reason for the uneligiblity of my account. Thank you.

Hi @mhiczmalik,

I checked this and you can still upgrade for the regular Premium here. 

If you already had Premium or a trial in the past, you won't be able to avail of that offer. 

If that link doesn't do the trick, you can give it another try in an incognito or private window in your browser. It would be a good idea to try a different (for example, a desktop) device as well.
