Spotify Premium Renews on ?

My Spotify premium was supposed to end on May 17 as I have $0 in my bank account, however, I keep getting notifications that my premium is supposed to end although I still have it. I check my subscription page and see that my Spotify renews on “?” I have no clue what that mean and I don’t know why I still have premium

Hey @alexpb720, I'll be happy to help you.

When you don't have enough funds on your bank account on your billing date, Spotify will let you know this, but you'll still be on Premium for the meantime. 

Spotify will attempt to debit your bank account two or three times to see if there are any funds on the account. After those attempts, you'll be reverted to Free.
